SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/GM/94/2018–19 dated February 26, 2019 has inter-alia issued following directions:
· Directed the following entities not to access the securities market or to buy, sell or otherwise deal in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, or associate themselves with any listed company or company intending to raise money from the public.

- J K S Projects Limited and the above named Directors/Promoters shall neither dispose of, alienate or encumber any of its/their assets nor divert any funds raised from public through the offer and allotment of Redeemable Preference Shares;
Further as stated in the aforesaid Order, in the event of the respective Noticees failing to file replies or requesting for an opportunity of personal hearing within the said 90 days, the preliminary findings at paragraphs 12,13 and 16 of this Order and directions at paragraphs 18 above shall become final and absolute against the respective Noticees automatically, without any further orders.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force till further directions.
